eventful day

yep...it's 9th feb. The day i dreaded most. An off day for me...but i spent the whole day outside. First in the day, we set off for tekong. I don't think i can talk much about it...since it concerns some national security or what stuff...better dun say. But i tink the facilities there seriously weren't as bad as what we thought. The food also not bad la =) As I watch the video and the entire oath taking ceremony...i teared...these guys...they have been through alot...our ancestors, our fathers, grandfathers who served ns...they had suffered and i'm so proud of them. the tour at tekong was really an eye opener for a gurl like me!

After having dinner with didi, he had to leave us ....then i went to send mar off. my mom and dad also came along since they know her. I was the first friend who reached there since those who were there are her uncles, aunties, mom dad, ah ma, grandma.....my dad started toking to her dad (since they were kampong neighbors) ..while me...trying to control all my emotions and act happy in front of her. We took photos...talk crap as usual...but before she went in...as she hugged her dad...her bro...she started crying...and then i started to cry...then she come hug me...i'm lyk alreadi...not controllin liao...juz cry >.< 13 years...for 13 yrs....her presence was lyk...so normal to me...taken for granted ..i grew up with her...i know her family...her grandma, her aunties, everyone...and now..she's leaving >.< i nvr felt so terrible before ....but no matter what..i wish everything's fine for her...and bon voyage mar! ME CARN WAIT TO SEE YOU IN DEC!!
