friends..

I actually realised that I should have blogged this first before the msg to friends post...cause it was actually all these events that led me to think of the days i had spent with all these awesome human beings. hhaahahaha people i mean. My 21 years old birthday...as a VERY HATE MA FAN ...and very HATE CROWD person like me...I didn't want a birthday party. I know that's what people do on 21st birthday to make it special but I didn't quite like the idea..firstly...cAUSE the whole world is doing that...secondly..i don't want to run around like a mad woman attending to different groups of friends, and lastly, i don't want my friends to go through all that trouble to come with their presents...and stand around (cause probably not many space for them) and not knowing what to do...What i want was just to have a nice meal with my friends, different days for different groups of friends, really spend time talking to them and enjoying the meal together. I don't mean this is impossible if I had a party or chalet, i mean some people probably had the ability to do that even though they had a party...but to me it's a bit tough to achieve that...plus i like cozy feeling =) I'm not exactly a loner...but i'm not exactly very outgoing..so i really don't like crowds =) I thought probably by not having a party...i probably won't have a special 21 years old birthday...but..i was so darn wrong...My friends, my lovely friends made this birthday the most unforgettable.. (in a good way of cause hahaha)

On Friday, Fel passed me the GD & TOP album that Claire, Pris, Fel, Susan, PJ, XH shared to get me for birthday =) Though it was on my wishlist..but It's still quite a surprise that they were actually getting it and seriously the album rawks...I loop it every day...over and over again. Fel even went through the trouble to order it...cause i mean OF COS IT WLD BE OUT OF STOCKS LA...so popular right...zhen de ma fan fel le =) During lecture, i was actually wondering why Fel was constantly messaging someone...all the time her phone was vibrating..hahaha caused an Earthquake at our area. Then after the last lecture of the day, suddenly fel juz turned around and looked at me with that super serious look (i mean that's kinda hard for her to pull it off...i mean she's fel you know) "aye, later someone coming to find you...dun get a shock when u see that someone" I'm lyk HUH?! WTH! ANOTHER CONSTIPATED MOMENT! (why another, i'll explain later) argh i hate such stuff...i die die want to guess who the person is or i'll feel so constipated. I tink my wisdom just decreased as i age...I ACTUALLY BELIEVED EVERY WORD FEL SAID..i asked ....guy or gurL.."guy"..i was like WOW! serious? and she said i had a crush on him...i'm like SHIT!!!!!!!!! IT CARN BE....and she said i know that person for half a year only...so i guessed it was uni friend....and every word seriously...i believed...gosh..I DUNNO WHERE ALL MY WISDOM WENT! The funny thing was...the person messaged her while we were waiting for the lecturer to attend to us....then i tried to grab the phone...and she screamed with the almost dolphin frequency pitch =) Finally, we walked out of LT...i looked around ...WHERE IS THAT PERSON?! Qiao suddenly walked out...i dunno from where ..it seemed like she walked from behind the door (probably too embarrassed to stand in the open) with a bunch of balloons. OMG! i saw that mickey helium balloon floating there...gosh..Qiao was a pleasant surprise herself. Her presence was actually sufficient and i seriously mean it...cause..THEIR PURPOSE TO GIVE ME BALLOONS WAS TO EMBARRASS ME! yes...that time was 630pm le....630...the bus, the train...will be packed + i was going orchard to shop with mar ho. I looked at the balloons...WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH U GUYS! then they kept laughing...cause the whole world was looking at me...Alvin Leong was the best. He walked out of LT...saw me and my balloons and my lap top...he came over TRIED TO SHAKE HANDS WITH ME WHEN I OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO MORE HANDS! and he said he did it on purpose. Thanks Leong...you totally rawk my world. Qiao gave me another present, very pretty rings, I can always trust her taste cause our tastes are almost the same. =) On the train, fel was so happy that it was packed..oman...how evil can she mutate into right...but no matter how embarrassing it was...i loved the surprise..pleasant surprise indeed (DUN ASK ME WHAT HAPPENED IN ORCHARD! Come to think of it...the guy who took the balloon for me...i can't really rmb his face...prob not as shuai as i thought...cos i was too embarrassed to stARE at him...and i was chanting "please don't take it down for me" )

Ok...the other constipated moment...this was worst..it lasted for a week+ Jasmine said someone asked her what i want for birthday...and she just won't say who's the someone. I know it couldn't be her cause she gave me a treat at the abalone noodle place. I guessed many people...eric? jeslin? alvin? jing? i kept ruling out people because it doesn't make sense. she decided that i should wait till my birthday...which was actually a week + away from the day she gave me the constipation. I'll talk about it later...we'll follow timeline here....

On Saturday, Daddy and mommy took us to peach garden for dim sum and peking duck. They said i ate peking duck before but apparently it was so long ago so i dun rmb. Sherril jie jie and gu gu was there. And both of them gave me huge ang baos (i mean the amt) that made me feel so rich suddenly. hahahah The dim sum was awesome...omg..SO TASTY! the peking duck...not so bad...cos i mean i dunno how to appreciate it...cos i hate skins...then the duck meat was thumbs up. so juicy. i ate the mango pomelo in baby coconut for dessert...IT'S REALLY REALLY GOOD. After eating we went walk walk..and went to get the Xbox kinect...not as bday present of cos..but ya....we got it and I've been aching every day becos of the games....damn tiring.

On Sunday, i had a bbq+potluck celebration with 07S72 peeps. Quite a lot of people were there so i was really glad. Yet again, we couldn't start the fire...so as usual we did bbq stuff last min. Jeff's chic rice (he cooked it) was super good! he reALly has the cooking talent. anita, jeff, kiang, jac, shing, choon, yang shared a present for me. The big bang schedule book which were sold out in singapore ( anita went to look for it...so xin ku but they said sold out). Anita went to order it and have it sent to my door step on my birthday! =) Daniel gave me a present and a birthday card too! Thanks alot! Though the bbq kinda failed cause we only got to cook the food at around 8+ and we had to stuff ourselves with the food...it was still very fun...and the guys really xin ku le..THANKS ALOT! really! =) Then 8 of us got to hitch a ride on hongchan's pickup...it was so fun... Anita, Qiao and Jac were sitting at the back while me fel, jeff,kiang, daniel sat inside. the scary thing happened when hongchan forgot to stop when me , fel and jeff reminded him of the red light ahead...hahahahah but overall i tink hongchan's skill was good. I WANNA HITCH A RIDE AGAIN!!!!!!!! (not on his motorbike of cos) =)

On monday, my birthday...i had 8am lecture...i went to school with jas...she told me "the someone said will be late...so can man man lai" then she asked me to go front door while she go back door...i was reluctant to do that..."later if u see that someone ...that means u see...if not tt means he or she rush off for lesson le"..then i very sad...reluctantly walked to the front door...i din see anyone...only susan..=( no special someone...disappointed me sat there. Jas brought down a cake from the back door...omg...A CAKE WITH A CANDLE LIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then harry came in with a paper bag and a spoon. He passed the stuff to jas and i was so disappointed...i din get to see the someone...then i took the present (an awesome gray bag) disappointedly....then jas was lyk..."AYE YOU STUPID AH!!!!!!!! THE SOMEONE IS ME LA!!!!!!" i was lyk...HAR?! WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTH!!!!! YOU TRICKED ME!!!!!!!!! WTH! I TRUSTED YOU AND YOU TRICKED ME~!!!!!!!!!!!! Harry was having a good laugh seriously...wah i damn sian...always get tricked like that...But I seriously liked the surprise =) the bag was shared by jing, alvin and jas and i so freaking like it. I was so glad that Jas actually has good taste =P Then XH gave me a card that he made, compiling messages from pris, claire, fel, alvin, cf, pj, cheryl and hongling. =) I LOVED IT even more when i heard it was xh's first time making a card. Thanks XH! i really love the card! then end of lecture...claire suddenly walked in...omg...it was her free day ...why was she there..."HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!" despite the lack of sleep...she smiled brilliantly as she wished me happy birthday. I was like...omg YOU REALLY CAME! cause on fb when she wished me "I HOPE YOU HAVE AN AWESOME BDAY!" i replied "IT WLD BE MORE AWESOME IF YOU WOULD BE THERE =P" i meant it but i din expect she wld actually do that ...cos 10 am lei! on a free day! normal people would rather stay at home and rot...ignoring the comment. BUT SHE CAME! OMG! so much effort she put in to give me an awesome birthday! CLAIRE THANKS!!!!!!! i was seriously very touched seriously. Then susan gave me a card which till this day i still dun dare to stare at the photo..cos it's scary..but i loved the card alot! thanks! Jing met me at 1pm to pass me her card too. It was soooooooooooo pretty! and the messages were even more beautiful!

Yesterday, cf gave me a belated bday present...a super high high earrings and i love it! Fel gave me her cute card which i really liked cause she actually spent time to make a card for me!!!! Then when i got home, i received Quan's card from UK!!!!!!!!! =) QUAN!!! THANKS FOR THE CARD!!!! i was smiling while i read it =)

Apart from the presents and cards, i got birthday wishes from many on fb, msn and sms. My cuzzies (sherrill, yueling, yeeling, alvin, adrian) Thanks so much for the bday wishes and i'll see you guys soon on cny...as a 21 yr old adult =) except for adrian of cos...working very hard in US now. JIA YOU! ok my senior...(angel) Eugene sent me a msg too...THANKS!!!!!!!!!! Eve, Yang, Choon, Kaiyi left me msgs too! my tuitees (jessie and siti) left me msges....mar ho.wah...there's alot........thanks to all who left msges for me! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! THANKS ALOT!

It was a disappointment i din get to have a meal with my uni friends though cause we were all too busy but i'm glad next mon, we wld have a tuan yuan fan so yah, shall treat it as a bday meal too! =) will be meeting up with mar ho for our bday meal too!! =)

I would like to thank all who made this birthday so awesome and memorable for me =) A huge thanks to Jas, Fel and Qiao who tried to plan for surprises =) Thanks to Anita who would go through so much trouble to get me the something that i like alot! Thanks everyone for the warm msges you left me...You made me feel that i do have reasons to exist for these 21 years...and i have reasons to live on. Thank you for making me feel so loved! Not to forget....Cheryl is giving me a belated surprise tomorrow so...I CARN WAIT! thanks cheryl!!!!!!!!! =)
