Stressed...........

Stressed stressed...It's only the fourth week into the sem and i'm already super duper stressed.

Will be having 1103 CA1 this friday and i haven't started mugging!!!! All thanks to my beloved TA who apparently....didn't provide information useful enough for my lab report...pissed...he never teach nvm...now my friend from the other bench told me my TA taught us the wrong thing...

TA showed us two test tube of motility agar....One had some a drilling mark in it...and he said it's Klebsiella pneumoniae. Apparently this species has the flagella to allow it to drill downwards for more nutrients. The other testtube which has no apparent observation contains E.coli as there is "surface growth". I was so super enlightened back then. Then i got home and i wikied Klebsiella pneumoniae. Results: NON-MOTILE!!!!!!!!! Someone so stupid like me actually began to ponder "since it's non-motile, why does it have flagella to drill"...AND THE TA COULD ACTUALLY MAKE SUCH A BLUNDER!!!!!! my friend from other bench told me...the one with the drilling is our dearest E.coli and apparently the drill mark was due to the innoculation needle...you should expect nothing from Kleb...since it is non-motile...thanks ar...if the TA is aiming for his masters...good luck to him!

Now i've finally crapped out my report...it's time i mug for 1103...i'm super stressed up....i dunno what to mug...the notes lacked alot of info...Haiz...no wonder Jas told me i have white hair today...she helped me pluck a super long white hair........gosh...i'm getting older...probably due to the stress >.<
